Happy Monday, friends!
Today is my second annual SOUP WEEK!
I have a “soup focused” meal plan for you today (don’t worry, there are ‘hearty’ recipes included!) plus, throughout the week, I have more soup recipes and reels to share both here and on Instagram.
I feel like nothing says “third week of January” more than soup for dinner. Add a salad and maybe cornbread (easy recipe below!) and you’re set!
From my cozy winter kitchen to yours, Happy Meal Planning! xx
Everyone needs an easy WHITE CHICKEN CHILI recipe, and this one here could not be more simple. This is one of the most popular recipes here on my blog and one that’s on constant rotation in our home…especially in the winter.
My TOMATO BASIL SOUP for your Tuesday! It’s so easy, will make your entire house smell delish and pairs perfectly with our BACON MARMALADE GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES!
I have been having a moment with my STOVETOP CHICKEN POT PIE! It has all the bells and whistles of a chicken pot pie but simple enough to be a weeknight soup. You know that I’m not a huge leftovers person, but when I’ve made this recently, I’ve been so excited to save my leftovers for lunch the next day. It is really, really good!
Speaking of having a moment…
…my BRISKET CHILI is one that always has a moment! I make this one often for dinner guests and always get compliments when the meal is over. It’s the kind of chili recipe your girlfriends will ask you to jot down for them time and time again. We absolutely love this one!
Finally for your Friday…
…cozy up with a big bowl of my KING RANCH CHICKEN SOUP!
Need an easy addition to soup this week? Try my…
…CHEESY MEXICAN CORNBREAD! You guys, it’s so easy and oh so delicious too!
One last recipe for this week’s meal plan…
…my BANANA PECAN PROTEIN WAFFLES are a great way to kick off any day this week 🙂 .
Happy Monday, friends! I hope you make some soup this week too!

THANK YOU so Much!!!!!! They all look DELICIOUS! Looking forward to trying them. Love, love king Ranch Chicken so I definitely have to make the soup and add some of Tab’s guacamole. Oh my. Will be making the other soups as well as the cornbread YUM!!!! Your Mom’s Beef Stew was a big hit yesterday. Thanks again for helping make winter more tolerable with homemade soups and stews. 8* again this morning where I live.
Have a Great Week!

Tried the waffles on Saturday morning. (No pecans) they were super easy, I used Trader Joe’s protein pancake mix and, total, they averaged out to about 44 g of protein. Very filling, yummy and fueled me through my Saturday keeping me full. These are def a repeat!

I agree on soup season! We had zuppa toscana tonight for dinner. However, I must say that your tomato basil soup and brisket chili are both amazing! 🤤
