It’s the last week of February, friends!
I feel like after this week, we can slowly start to move away from the heartier winter food and kind of start creeping into those spring recipes.
This week, I thought I’d use “all the things” for supper as a fun change up to our meal planning! Don’t worry, if you don’t have “all the things”, I have options for each recipe!
From the air fryer to the Instant Pot, slow cooker, a one-pan skillet, a sheet pan and the blender, I have five super simple suppers (and one breakfast!) for your busy week!
My Air Fryer Chicken Parm is just the SIMPLEST thing to make!! Your Monday needs an air fryer 🙂 . If you don’t have an air fryer, then make this version instead.
It’s still chili season over here until the weather gets really warm. This week, try my Instant Pot Chili! It will warm you right up! If you don’t have an IP, make this version here.
This one pot wonder is perfect for busy weeknights! Try my Bacon & Tomato Pasta this week too!
Mmmmm…my Best Slow Cooker Brisket is ALWAYS one of our faves! I love to pop it in early in the morning and then wait for my house to start smelling delicious! If you don’t have a slow cooker, you can pop this in the oven on low heat with a lid securely covering it and allow it to simmer 2 to 3 hours too.
And then on Friday, use your oven for my Lemon Chicken & Chickpea Sheet Tray Supper! This is one of my favorite meals and super easy to clean up!!
For breakfast this weekend, you should try…
…my Blender Banana Muffins. You will LOVE them!
Friends, I hope you have the very best day!! See you tomorrow! xx

We tried your Sausage and Bacon Breakfast Casserole this weekend and it was DELICIOUS! My husband said it was his new favorite breakfast casserole recipe.
