It’s BACK TO SCHOOL WEEK for the Shull kiddos!
This week, all four kids head back to school which means that this meal plan has recipes to make life easy (and delicious!) during this special (and busy!) week.
I’ve also included a few bonus breakfast recipes and back to school treats too!
Happy Back to School Season, friends! xx
First up…

…your Back to School Week Monday calls for my EVEN EASIER WEEKNIGHT CHICKEN FAJITAS! These are so so simple to whip up on this August Monday.

On Tuesday, try my EASY CHICKEN STIR FRY! My kids get excited every time I make this for dinner.

I share my EASIEST WEEKNIGHT BRISKET with you often because it’s so versatile (and simple!). You can serve it alone with a side, on a bun as a sandwich, over a baked potato, on top of pasta or rice or wrapped up in a tortilla as a taco. It’s always delicious no matter how you enjoy it.

On the first day of school, we always have LASAGNA! This recipe is uses gluten-free lasagna noodles, but you can certainly use “regular” ones instead. If you think lasagna is too complicated for a busy school night, think again. My recipe is oh so simple!
And for your Friday…

…get fancy with my PEAR & BLEU BURGER! This one is oh so delish!
Now, if you want a yummy breakfast or treat this Back to School Week, try…

…my PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY BREAD! This bread is absolutely delicious for both breakfast or as an after school snack.

For an easy morning meal, try my BACON BREAKFAST MUFFINS! So simple! Plus, you can make these in advance, freeze and heat for busy mornings.
You can also make ahead, freeze and heat…

…my APPLE CHEDDAR SAUSAGE BALLS too!
Finally, it wouldn’t be the first week of school without…

…FLOURLESS PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES. Always, always a first day staple at our house.
I just don’t think there’s a better time to get organized and meal plan than the beginning of a new school year.
Sending you so much love as you get back to school ready too! xx
