Well, I’m not going to lie. This year, the Shull family will be watching the Super Bowl with a bad attitude and broken heart. #sigh
BUT…that doesn’t mean the commercials and the food can’t be good, right? We’ll make appetizers, laugh at the best ads on TV and hope for the Cowboys to play better next year. #sighagain
I’m sharing my favorite Super Bowl Bites today. Seriously…you need to try these recipes. They’re so good!
Sausage, Jack & Green Chile Balls

I was hoping that you would make a super bowl food post 🙂 The cranberry pecan cheese ball was a huge hit at Christmas. I think I’m going to try the sausage balls this weekend. Go Falcons!

These are awesome ideas! I am going to try the sausage chili balls. The kids will love them! Also, do you know that your photos aren’t hyperlinked? I ALWAYS click on the photos and then forget that you don’t have a hyperlink associated with them. It’s a relatively easy fix and maybe you do it on purpose but it would be nice to click on the picture and go right to the recipe! And the broccoli chicken bites (my kids call them chicken-broc-things) are a family favorite of ours!!

I made those sausage, jack & green chile balls last weekend and they were a HUGE hit! I will probably never make regular sausage balls again!

Hi Shay! I love your blog and trying out all your new recipes. Question regarding the buffalo chicken bites…. do you think I could make these ahead of time and then freeze them? What would recommend for cooking time/temp if they are frozen? Thank!!
Mix and Match Mama says
I haven’t tried freezing them…but it would probably work. I think I would recommend making them a day or two in advance and keeping them in the fridge instead.

Good idea! Thanks!! I can’t wait to try them!
