Meal Planning Monday #186

Happy happy happy Monday!

I decided to make this week all sorts of theme-y!

We have: Meatless Monday, Taco Tuesday, Sloppy Joe Wednesday, Burger Thursday and Fish Friday!

Grab a pad and pen along with a cup of coffee and sit down to meal plan.

Here’s hopin’ we all have a great start to our week!

Meatless Monday: My Pecan & Goat Cheese Pasta.  So many yummy flavors and textures in one pasta dish.  Plus, this little recipe whips up in no time!

Taco Tuesday: My Greek Tacos for the win on this Tuesday!  Loads of veggies and feta with ground turkey.  These tacos just scream summertime to me!

Sloppy Joe Wednesday: My Buffalo Joes are always such a hit for dinner!  We use ground turkey along with all the flavors of a Buffalo wing for one yummy dinner.

Burger Thursday: Since June is peach month here in Texas, we like to make my Gorgonzola & Grilled Peach Burgers for dinner.  These burgers are insanely delicious!  The grilled peaches along with caramelized onions, arugula and creamy Gorgonzola are so good together!!  You really must try this recipe.

Fish Friday: And rounding out our week…my Chipotle Fish Tacos with Creamy Slaw.  If you haven’t made fish tacos before, this is an easy (and delicious!) recipe to begin with!  We are BIG fish taco fans over here!

And for dessert this week..my Plum Berry Pie!  Pies are my FAVORITE kind of dessert!  Mix a pie with some seasonal fruit and I’m totally in love!

Need a quick little breakfast idea?  My Ham & Cheese Biscuit Sliders with Honey are it!  I could eat these for lunch or dinner too.
