Happy Tuesday, friends!
Since, we did this yesterday…
…today, we’re doing this…
…meal planning for the week!! Here are four meals (plus a bonus recipe!), a festive dessert and breakfast recipe too! Enjoy!
Without a doubt, you should start your week with my Chipotle & Pomegranate Meatballs! Thanks to frozen meatballs this supper is as delicious as it is easy!!
Lighten up your Wednesday with my Tomato Basil Soup. You can serve it with…
…Bacon Marmalade Grilled Cheese Sandwiches!
Mmmmm! If you haven’t made my Chicken Tacos with Cranberry Salsa yet, now is the time! These are light and fresh, yet full of amazing flavors!! These are pretty to eat too 🙂 .
Okay, every Texas girl knows how to make Classic Chicken Spaghetti. My favorite part is that it’s easy to double and easy to freeze. It’s a great casserole for entertaining a crowd too!
We always make a big batch of some sort of “crack” every year because it keeps in the fridge all season long!! If you make my Peppermint Gingersnap Christmas Crack and then freeze it in a gallon-sized bag, then anytime you want some or need to get some out for entertaining, you just remove a little and in about 10 minutes, it’s ready to enjoy.
I’m finishing off my week with my Monte Cristo Breakfast Casserole! This is an AMAZING breakfast or brunch recipe or a yummy dinner too!
I hope you all have a great Tuesday! I’ll see you back here tomorrow! xo

Does the “crack” get soggy after freezing? I would love to make a big batch and then give away to teachers as a part of their gift before break, but I need to make it now rather than later!

Good question! No! I think it’s actually much more firm.
