It’s my 2020 Wickedly Delicious Halloween Menu!
Every year, we eat an early dinner (often with a few friends and family) and then head out to trick or treat. This year, we’re going to eat dinner and enjoy a festive Saturday night in the backyard. We’ll have a fun adult drink (I’m talking to you, Ghost Water), a great movie on the outdoor screen for the kids, a little fire in the firepit, festive music on Pandora in the kitchen and our costumes on. We don’t need to leave the house to have a spooktacular Halloween night!
This year, if you need a little something before you load up on the candy, here you go. I’ve given you a few choices to pick from to make your dinner not only delicious but fun too.
A frightfully fun meal for your whole family!
You should have Witch’s Brew in your slow cooker all night long! I always find the pumpkin spice marshmallows this time of year at my local grocery store and then also at places like Target and Walmart.
For the adults? Our Ghost Water is perfect for sippin’ as you enjoy the festivities!
This year, you should make my Bubbly Buffalo Chicken Dip! I could eat this as a meal itself!! It’s absolutely delicious!
You could also make these…
…my Maple Sausage Balls! Or you can even make them…
…Maple Pumpkin Sausage Balls for an extra delicious treat!
If you’re looking for some pre-candy nibbles, my Trader Joe’s Fall Charcuterie Board has lots of bites with loads of flavor.
Growing up, my mom always had a “spooky” supper for us before we went treat or treating (like her Ghoul-Ash!). Now, I do the same thing with my kiddos too! Here are some of my favorite family-friendly spooky suppers…
And if you don’t think you’ll just have candy for dessert, here are a few of my favorite little Halloween treats too…
…my 20 Spooktacular Halloween Treats!
Happy (almost) Halloween friends!

We always have your baked chicken tacos and I think I picked it because they are green, and therefore spooky? I don’t know, but we’ve had them for the past 5 or 6 years.
