I am so happy to be back with you today!
What a difference a week can make!
The kids are in school, the house has electricity, I am ready for “normal-ish”.
Of course, normal-ish means a Meal Plan 🙂 .

My Air Fryer Chicken Parm is just the SIMPLEST thing to make!! Your Monday needs an air fryer 🙂 . If you don’t have an air fryer, then make this version instead.
It’s still chili season over here until the weather gets really warm. This week, try my Instant Pot Chili! It will warm you right up! If you don’t have an IP, make this version here.
My Easy Turkey & Rice Skillet is a great one pot meal…right there on your stove top!!
Mmmmm…my Best Slow Cooker Brisket is ALWAYS one of our faves! I love to pop it in early in the morning and then wait for my house to start smelling delicious!
And then on Friday, use your oven for my Easy Little German Sheet Tray Supper! This is one of my favorite meals!!
