Hey, hey Monday!

I feel like we’re right smack in the middle of ultimate fall time!

Anyone else a little too excited about all the fall fun they should cram into these next few weeks?

I have a lot of things I want to do in a short amount of time…which means, I should probably make meal planning simple!

Five easy dinner ideas plus three bonus recipes.

Also, with all of the fun things to do, and my kids home from school today for a three day weekend, I’m going to leave this as my only post today.  I’m going to head out now and doing something super fall with my crew.
