Happy Monday, friends!
We are officially starting our first full week of school which means I’ve meal planned, I’ve got my online calendar lookin’ oh so good, we have carpools arranged, the fridge stocked with lunch food…we are set. (I wish the end of school year version of me was as enthusiastic as the beginning of schoolyear version, ha!) We have all of our many ducks in a row which includes SIMPLE SUPPERS.
Today, I have five of my family’s favorite dinner recipes, a bonus breakfast bite and our go-to cookie this time of year.
From my home to yours, Happy Back to School Meal Planning! xx
We are HUGE fans of meatloaf over here. It’s always a hit and always easy to whip up. For a fun spin, make it Meatloaf Monday and serve your family my MEATLOAF BOWLS. My kids love this recipe!
If you’re looking for another easy recipe to get on the table this Tuesday, try my CRISPY LEMON TURKEY CUTLETS! You can certainly sub with chicken too. Easy and delish!
PULLED PORK STUFFED SPUDS for your Hump Day are always a simple go-to weeknight supper.
Every single time I make our TURKEY AND RICE SKILLET I think to myself “why don’t I make this more often?”. We use ground turkey in our recipe, but you could certainly sub with ground chicken or ground beef too.
Finish off your week with FRENCH ONION SLIDERS for your FRIDAY!
And if your family is looking for a back to school bite, don’t forget…
…to try my BUTTERSCOTCH MAPLE NO BAKE COOKIES!
One more recipe for your week…
…these LITTLE EGG CUPS are a great grab and go breakfast to keep in your freezer!
Happy MEAL PLANNING MONDAY, friends! If your kids are starting school this week, I hope it’s an extra wonderful day! xx
