Happy Monday, friends!
It’s time for another easy meal plan 🙂 .
Since today, I’m also sharing my TRADER JOE’S AUGUST HAUL, I have sprinkled in two easy Trader Joe recipes this week as well. No worries if you don’t live near a Trader Joe’s though as both can be easily adapted for your nearest grocery store.
I hope you have the best start to your week! xx

Your Monday could not get simpler with these TRADER JOE’S MEATBALLS! Truly, truly, this is the EASIEST little supper idea (and it’s delish too!).

EVEN EASIER WEEKNIGHT CHICKEN FAJITAS for your Tuesday! My family could have this meal every single week.

QUICK TRADER JOE’S GNOCCHI WITH MEAT SAUCE is basically just “assembling”. If you don’t use gnocchi often, it’s a great switch up on pasta night. Your meal will feel just a tad fancier without any extra work.

I know it’s not quite “soup season” yet, but isn’t it “easy dinner season”? Nothing is easier than my CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP! It’s always filling and flavorful without being complicated.
And finally…

There is no recipe more quintessential “my mom” than HER MEATLOAF! All of these years later and this is still my husband’s very favorite recipe. Even if you don’t love “other” meatloaves, try this one. It is always a hit!
For breakfast, brunch or even dinner this week, try…

…my BACON & BROCCOLI QUICHE! You can enjoy it with coffee or serve it with a salad and dinner is done!
Another breakfast option is…

…my BANANA PECAN PROTEIN WAFFLES These are YUMMY!
Finish off your meal planning with…

…MAGIC BARS 🙂 . The secret to my bars is the salty sweet crust. I use crushed pretzels with my graham cracker crumbs. You won’t be able to resist!
Enjoy! xx

I know I say the same thing every time that you post your Mom’s meatloaf, but it is absolutely the BEST meatloaf ever!!!! I have been making it since you first posted it all those years ago. Almost always have extra in my freezer. LOVE it!!!!

I’ve made your Chicken Tortilla Soup so many times and it’s always a huge hit. I’m printing it out again (I bet I have 10 copies in my recipe stash) so I have it on hand to make for my book club I’m hosting in October!. Any suggestions on what to serve with it as a “side”?
Mix and Match Mama says
We go super simple with soups and just add a side salad. Easy!
