Good morning, friends!
In honor of SAVORING MY MORNING RITUAL post today, I thought we’d keep the theme alive, so I’m also sharing…
Because any good ritual should come with some food, right?
These are seven of my favorite simple breakfast recipes…and spoiler, most of them can be made in advance.
Here we go…
If you’re not making BLENDER BANANA MUFFINS, you are most certainly missing out.
Don’t forget, I have mix and matched other versions too, so you can also enjoy my STRAWBERRY BANANA, GINGERBREAD, PUMPKIN MUFFINS, PEANUT BUTTER & BUTTERSCOTCH, and CHOCOLATE CHIP COCONUT too!
My EASY EGG BITES can also be mix and matched with whatever you love and/or have on hand in the fridge. These also are great to make ahead because you can freeze them and then pop them in the microwave when you’re ready to enjoy.
Um, yes! My PB HONEY OATMEAL BITES are amazing quick breakfasts or easy afternoon snacks too.
Well my MAPLE SAUSAGE BALLS is probably the most popular breakfast recipe on my blog. We love them so much that I now always have a batch in the freezer. My kids go through so many of them for quick breakfasts and after school snacks. All four kiddos will pop a few out, microwave them and bam, breakfast is done. Make them, bake them, let them cool and enjoy or place them in a freezer bag and save them for a later date. Either way, they’re delish!
Our PEPPER JELLY BREAKFAST SANDWICH is just delish! Once you add pepper jelly to your sandwich, you’ll never go back.
Well, my EASY EGG SCRAMBLE is basically what I make myself every day for lunch. I also make one for Smith almost every morning too. They are SO easy and really delicious. I can make the entire thing in about five minutes.
We have been loving the extra dose of protein in our BANANA PECAN PROTEIN WAFFLES. Not a pecan fan? Simple omit them. These are super delish and extra protein-y too!
Happy Tuesday, friends! I hope you find something delicious to enjoy on your cozy mornings. xx

Your sausage balls are a staple breakfast at my house. I bake a batch, throw them in the freezer and the kids can easily heat them up. It’s a quick but protein filled option for them – thank you!

We have baby #2 on the way, and I’m working on stocking my freezer with meals for postpartum. Totally going to make the sausage balls!! Didn’t even think about that. I made them for the first time during Christmas and they were sooooo good!

The maple sausage balls and PB bites are staples in our house now! I also just meal prepped egg bites for breakfast this week. This is a great list! Now I need to try pepper jelly on a breakfast sandwich…
