Easter is almost here!
It always sneaks up on me when Easter is in March or early April. In my mind, Easter should always be like the third week in April. Alas, it is not this year…it’s in about a week, so if you’re not ready, you should probably get ready stat!
If you’re looking for quick and easy recipes to enjoy this holiday, I have them here! I have breakfast ideas, side dishes (to go with that Easter ham!), and all sorts of sweets.
Happy (almost) Easter, everyone!
For breakfast, this is my FAVORITE Easter recipe…
…my Resurrection Rolls. The story behind these little rolls is PERFECT for explaining Easter to kids. Read all about these rolls plus see the easy recipe HERE.
Another fresh and simple recipe for your Sunday morning could be…
…a slice of my Zucchini Bread.
If you’re looking for some sides to go with your Easter supper (or lunch as we do it in our family), here you go…

Thanks for sharing the desserts! What always stumps me is what meat or main dish to serve. Any ideas? What meat do you eat or serve for Easter? Thanks!

Wait! I thought Easter was in April this year. April 1.

I just saw that you also said early April. I thought you said Easter in March only. I just panicked that I had the wrong date on our invitation for a Family Easter Egg Hunt.

It is. It always sneaks up on me when it’s not like April 16 or something. Good Friday in March always catches me off guard. Ha!

Delicious recipes, but unfortunately for Easter we don’t do any sweets, like cakes and etc. Our tradition is to go without any sugar and meat. Of course, not every day is Easter and definitely will try out some of those recipes. Healthy LifeStyle
