So many of these sound amazing! I am new to gluten free baking and would love to hear how you adapt some of your desserts to be gluten free. For example, with the Apple Oatmeal Cookies or Apple Butter Bars, do just do a direct swap of all purpose GF flour for regular flour? Or are there other adjustments that need to be made?

Yes! After a lot of trial and error, we have found that Namaste flour (we buy it off of Amazon) works cup for cup in almost every single situation. So as long as your other ingredients are g-free (your oats, etc), it’s easy to make things g-free. The only difference when baking with any gf flour (in my opinion) is that baked goods don’t brown quite as much on top. Other than that, it’s pretty much the same.
