That’s such a hard question to answer! I just went through them again and looked…I think I would pick pumpkin and toffee 🙂 .

I have made several of these pies and while they have been good, But the one that gets requested ALL Year round is the Coconut Cream Pie. My business associate who was also a great friend who over the years became more like family ALWAYS requested this pie and ALWAYS took what was left and/or the extra one with him when he visited. It will be bittersweet when I make this pie this year for Thanksgiving and Christmas–sadly he passed this past February. Treasure every minute with the ones you love.
