I am the Queen of Bundt Cakes and maybe even the Queen of Bars, but without even meaning to, I think I might also now be the Queen of Breakfast Casseroles!
I just love a breakfast casserole.
They are delicious.
They can be made in advance.
They are perfect for a crowd.
They reheat beautifully.
They’re filling.
They can be mixed and matched a million different ways.
I love them all year long, but there’s something extra yummy about them in the winter.
Today, I’m sharing 26 Crazy Good Breakfast Casseroles (and coincidentally, watching Crazy Rich Asians as I type this!).
Find one, make one, bake one and love one this weekend! xo

Have you tried using the Namaste spice cake mix yet? I saw it at my grocery store and thought it would be great to make your pumpkin chocolate chip muffins with but wasn’t sure if it was any good. Have you tried it? This is the one at my store https://www.walmart.com/ip/Namaste-Foods-Gluten-Free-Spice-Cake-Mix-26-oz-Box/33671011?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&&adid=22222222228000000000&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=m&wl3=42423897272&wl4=pla-51320962143&wl5=9010943&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=8175035&wl11=online&wl12=33671011&veh=sem&gclid=Cj0KCQiAjKqABhDLARIsABbJrGnej6f0suiZMzVaP1W-EHmj_3DRi_L9SE90QNsmzM_3cVyokm8M8a0aAjx9EALw_wcB

I made the Sausage & Cornbread Breakfast Casserole this week so my family could reheat it for breakfast all week. So easy and good! It has become one of my regular recipes that I make.
