I usually use almond flour and coconut flour when baking gf recipes BUT when baking with the grandchildren the gf cake mixes make it SO much easier! I’d love a post of all your recipes with the gf cake mix for easy reference and is there a gf cake mix that you prefer to use? Thanks, Shay!

Ok, so I made the fall leaves sausage migas breakfast casserole this morning. All I can say about it is Make This Casserole!!!! Wow! the perfect ready for fall breakfast. Sooooo GOOD!!!!!
