While I like the flavor of Buffalo sauces, I am a wimp when it comes to spicy things. I usually sauté some rotisserie chicken with a little buffalo sauce and a little KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce and red onion. I melt some provolone cheese on top and usually eat it as a sandwich on a toasted ciabatta roll. Seeing this post makes me think I need to try it as a wrap.
